I saw The Cavern packaged with The Cave for sale today at Wal-Mart. There really isn't all that much written about it and I was wondering if it would be worth a look for cheesy / low budget horror fans. Anyone see it?

Just watched it.
If you are looking for gore and such, not much. Only clocks in about 1 hour 20 minutes and if you minus the credits, it's only about 1 hour 15 minutes movie.
Had a twist to the ending but it's different than The Cave.
If you were into 2 bargain martinee theme flix, then The Cave and The Cavern could fill an afternoon. More like rentals but if it is cheap...

On a separate note, I just saw The Descent. That cave movie was by far superior to The Cave and The Cavern. It's very good.
