Need 70's Drive-in Movie Identified

I don't remember much, but if anyone recognizes this movie I will be grateful.
In the movie, the murderers run a diner. They kill a young woman, with the last name of Lamb. She is still missing. Her father stops into the diner for dinner, and the special of the day is leg of lamb. He orders it and starts screaming when it is served to him and he recognizes his daughter's tatoo on the meat.
Does this ring a bell with anyone?

Thanks, Luther. That one has bugged me forever.
By the way, have you seen it?

I saw it 30 years ago, I think. I was reminded of it when VCI put it out on DVD a while back. I kept planning to check it out again for kicks, but now it's OOP.

There's a collection on Amazon that has this movie on it, it's still in print, and it's inexpensive. Called "Great Cannibal Classics".

Here's what my friend said about the movie:

It was in this list I read when I as a kid: the 10 Goriest Moves.

It fascinated me because it was so old...before the rating
system. It was kind of like Herschell Gordon Lewis, before
its time.

It's silly, clearly a comedy...some of it is pretty fun. Very short.

I think I might even have a bootleg video of it.

Basically, take the worst movie you’ve ever seen and take out all the good parts. That’s how awful this movie is.

Forgive the lame writing; I penned it a long time back.
