Does Netflix have a direct customer service email address?
I put this here because I am not sure where to turn to. Seems someone used my AIM email address to start a netflix account, and obviously I don't want someone else's problems in my email (though I hardly use it).
I went on the site, and you had to log in to reach anything.

On the three occasions I've emailed them - most recently in February - I've received a reply in a few days. I used the form on their website initially, but further exchanges went through the [email protected] address.
