DTS in Phantom Menace bootleg dvd? How?
i've seen bootleg versions of phantom menace dvds with DTS on it. how did it get there esp. when the originals came with DTS?
and not just seen it but heard it as well. the DTS track blows the original, with dolby digital track (which i have) away! DD was very pale in comparisson. i'm in no way exaggerating.
the bootleg is by far THE best dvd i've heard so far that even other original dvds with DTS can't match in term of audio quality.
it was louder, clearer, & the bass was just incredible..the LFE awesome. u can feel the pressure waves from the subwoofer resonating, shaking the windows as well as wall fixtures & not to mention in your chest too. and all this from a boot leg copy? the DD version in comparisson was so, so .. nothing special.
can anyone explain why? oh yea, i heard it on a set of Logitech Z-5500 speakers?

DVD Talk Platinum Edition
I was about to say that they probably just put the DTS logos on the discart, but if you've heard it and it's that much better...this post is pretty much useless.

2 things wrong here:
1. You already started a thread asking about DTS on Star Wars movies.
2. You're discussing bootlegs, which I believe is against forum rules. CLOSE BOTH OF THOSE THREADS PLEASE.

Funny in this thread http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=456606 you are asking if it exists and then an hour or so later you are saying that it sounds better than the original Generally discussions about bootleg DVDs are discouraged here. If you want to hang around and talk about DVDs in the general that's great, welcome If you want to continue asking/talking about bootlegs though I suggest you find another forum...
