One-Season-Wonders on DVD?
I'm currently rewatching Wonderfalls for the er, 4th or 5th time on DVD. I seem to find the length of 12-22 episodes for an entire show to be perfect for rewatching often. I spend 45 mins, once or twice a day to watch an episode and in a little over a week I've had a very satisfying time following the story arc, following the callbacks, noticing the foreshadowings, etc. and the show I'm watching (usually) comes to a somewhat satisfying conclusion at the end (even though I would've loved for all these sorts of shows to have continued).
My So-Called Life, Firefly, Freaks and Geeks are a few more that I find pulling out repeatedly. Also some anime series like Cowboy Bebop and Lain would be included on my list. And while it actually lasted 2 seasons I'd put SportsNight into this category as well.
Anyone else finding this to be true for them too? Also what are your favorite one (or two) season wonders on DVD? And finally, what one (or two) season wonders need to be on DVD that aren't?

I do this currently with 'The Critic', 'Dilbert', and 'Invader Zim'.
I've watched 'Freaks and Geeks' 2 or 3 times now. 'Undeclared' would be a good one although I've only watched it once since I got it at christmas.
'Nero Wolfe' only lasted a couple seasons and I pull those eps out randomly to rewatch. I'm tempted to mention 'Coupling' but four seasons might just be too long...they're short seasons though! and I watch this show a LOT
'Firefly' I've probably watched five times now...'The Office' (BBC) I've watched 3 or 4 times. Fawlty Towers is great at 12 episodes.
'The Tick' (live action) would make a good one although I've only watched it twice so far
I'm hoping that 'Karen Sisco' eventually makes it as I would watch those 10 eps a lot as well. 'Odyssey 5' will be on dvd soon supposedly and that only lasted 20 episodes. 'Jeremiah' only lasted ~ 35 episodes and is good to watch and rewatch.
The OP mentioned anime so I'd like to add 'Azumanga Daioh' as that show has great rewatchability for me

Check out Samurai Champloo if you're a fan of Bebop. It isn't the same, but it is different from other anime in the way that Bebop is.
And yes, Sports Night is the epitome of short season shows. Should be watch every few months.

I think I have to add:
The Ben Stiller Show
As to the third question, I'd love to have:
The Good Life (1993? NBC show)
The Dana Carvey Show
Stark Raving Mad

Boomtown. Would like to get the 6 or so episodes from the 2nd season on DVD as well, but will probably never happen. Absurde they didn't just put them on the other release and make in the complete series.

Tilt was pretty good. I kinda think of it as a mini-series rather then a season though.

I really like Murder One. I think it only lasted 2 seasons, and each season was one case. I would really recommend it. I would mention some more, but people already beat me to most of them. I'll come back if I can think of more.

Got Wonderfalls after Christmas, but haven't gotten around to watching it yet.
I'll give love to some of the shows that have already been mentioned...
Firefly
Freaks & Geeks
Undeclared
Tru Calling (which had 2, but the second was only about a 1/4 of a season)
...and also add...
Crusade
Kolchak:The Night Stalker
Clone High
Plus, looking forward to the April release of Odyessy 5.
