Mackey or Swerengin?
Vic Mackey and Al Swerengin are cop and casino owner looking to out manuver, outwit, and out-kill each other in order to become the Don of Los Deadwood...who wins in the end?
1) Vic has access to Shane, Ronnie, and Lem...Swerengin has Dan, EB (See Below) and Johnny
2) The site is neutral...a mixture of Los Angeles and Deadwood...BUT...both characters have the same street knowledge of Los Deadwood as they do of thier real hometowns.
3) Split the technology in half...say, 1940's equipment.
Who out crazy's the other and comes out on top?
EDIT!!!...EB can be removed, and Adams from Yankton can be added.

You have to atleast let Al have Silas Adams, the guy from Yankton he's been working with and who has been banging Miss Isringhausen, instead of EB. Vic and his crew would still roll over them though, but Dan and his blade would inflict some damage.

Who's the bigger a badass altogether? Al by far.
As for your scenario Vic would prevail. Al us surrounded by dumbass', EB and Johnny are idiots. Dan is good fighter but I think Lem could take him.

I think Al would prevail if Vic and the boys were to bust into the saloon and attempt to take it by force.
Al would have his guys positioned in various spots so that they could pick off Vic's crew one by one.
But the Gorn probably beats em' all.

And, WhoGirl, I must disagree with you. Mackey would win it. If each had equal knowledge of the area, then there's no advantage Al has on the strategy front. Look how badly Al got beaten by Bullock, a man who has half the strength and half the will of Mackey. And Mackey's dumbest guy, Shane, is nowhere near as dumb or useless as Al's weakest, EB. Even if you replace EB with Adams, I still think Mackey would take it. When Mackey wants you gone, you're gone. Not always true with Al.
