Ditto. This has probably been the most spoiled episode to date, so I think most people know what happens in the backstory.

Not for me! I'm still happily in the dark, though I have my own theories...

Can't wait. From the preview last week it looks to be the best episode in a while in terms of finding out a little more about the island (though previews have been misleading in the past).

Is that really true? That's just ridiculous.

Sure, I realize about sweeps, ratings, etc, but damn, from a viewer standpoint that's a momentum killer.

Sorry to disappoint you but it's true. However, once it returns, I believe that they are airing new episodes until the season finale.

Five weeks between new episodes, just like Veronica Mars.

Now that it's a bonafide hit, I wonder if they would consider doing an "Alias" or "24" schedule next year where it runs continuously without reruns. (Unless, of course, being based in Hawaii means they need more time to work on each episode and need the breaks in between.)

It was noted in the local newspaper yesterday that should "Lost" be renewed (duh!), they will stay in Hawaii for at least another year. At a distant time when ratings may fall, they may have to consider leaving due to high production costs.
