DJ Shadow - 'Live! In Tune & On Time' question
I noticed that the UK edition of DJ Shadow's - Live! In Tune & On Time is both the DVD video portion of the show, as well as the performance on CD. Is the CD exclusive to the UK, or has it been released as a stand alone disc in the US?

DVD Description
A 2002 DJ Shadow concert at London's Brixton Academy is chronicled on In Tune and On Time. The CD features 20 tracks, including "Drums of Death" and "Lonely Soul" from Shadow's collaboration with James LaVelle as UNKLE, as well as favourites from Blackalicious ("Halfway Home") and Handsome Boy Modeling School ("Holy Calamity").
The DVD sports four additional tracks, includes the two standout cuts "You Can't Go Home Again" and "6 Days" from his 2002 album The Private Press. Also featured is a sampler battle between Shadow, Cut Chemist and Jurassic 5's DJ Nu-Mark taped at the Mayan Theatre in Los Angeles, on-the-road footage and an interview with Shadow.
