easter egg on two towers EE
i read this:
and tried it...but i couldnt find! i went to chap 30, pressed down and saw no ring, it just took me to chapter 1 
can anyone help? pleassse

On the first disc, go to the scene selection and then highlight chapter 30. Press down to reveal a ring. Press enter to see Gollum's acceptance speech from the MTV movie awards.

Yup, I got it to work. I've seen it before, but it's nice to have it on the DVD.
I'm not sure what to tell you, I did exactly what the directions said and got it with no problem.

Did you actually GO to chapter 30? The way you wrote it, it sounds like you started playing chapter 30. I haven't tried this yet, but I believe you only highlight chapter 30 in the menu.

i pressed the down arrow until i got to chapter 30 (so that it lit up chapter 30) then pressed down again...jus took me right back to chapter 1, im obviously doing sumthing wrong....that or im not looking for the ring properly *being impatient as usual*

You should only higlight chapter 30 and press down. A ring will show right away. But if you have the UK r2 realese of the movie, you are out of luck. The easter egg was cut due to the curseing
