DDD CS phone number?
does their 1800 number ever work?
I've being trying to get someone for 2 days

the line is constantly busy

ok I got through,
and asked a guy how I'm suppose to do an exchange
and the guy said to just mail the defective disc back with a
description of the problem and they'll send a new one
does this sound like BS?
I thought they were suppose to replace my copy first then
send a return envelope

Actually, this is most store's policies. Just make sure you mail back the ENTIRE package...just not the disc itself. For example, if you picked up a box set, send EVERYTHING back. Make sure you're verbose about the problem too...just don't put "Disc won't work"...or "Bad disc" on the paper you send back in.
