ID the lady in 24 season 1

I'm watching 24 season 1 on DVD for the first time and that lady name "Mandy" look so familiar to me. Who's she??

Saw that part and it's hard to tell if there's something covered it. However, she did topless in Century Hotel and other film. Check it out MATURE - 18 years old ONLY please!
