urgent anchor bay replacement

does anyone have anchor bays phone #?

i sold a disc w/o realizing it was one of their problem discs
i live in la & have been trying to contact them cuz they are out here & wanted to try to replace in person

how long do they take to replace discs thru mail

need help immediately

If there is a problem Anchor Bay disc there is very likely a thread that covers info on returning the disc - use the search facility.

Seems like if you offer to take the DVD back your need for immediate help goes away ...

However, if you think that there is a chance in the world of replacing the disc in person with any DVD producer ... you do need immediate help

Look in the Customer Service # Thread, that is at the top of the Store Forum. I believe there is a number in there for Anchor Bay.

i sent out my Heathers Disc, from the limited edition TIN..

It was about 4 weeks, before i saw the replacement

You need to fill out this form according to Anchor Bay's website.

My Heathers replacement disc was took about three weeks. Results, of course, may vary.

no problems with my Space Camp replacement..

took 2-3 weeks..don't really remember, but it was very easy and i'd give 'em a

My "Lessons of Darkness" DVD took about two months after I mailed it back to them to replace... I had given up hope of ever seeing it again, thought it was lost in the mail or something, but then it finally showed up.
