One FREE year of GamePro, no CC required!

http://www.gamespy.com/arcade/gamepro.shtml

Removed the Hyperlink per JackSkeleton thinks it may keep the deal alive by doing so

It's weird, no direct field for state, (I know they can use the zipcode) and they make you enter your B-day even though it's not "required" according to the asterisks.

I gave it a shot, thanks.

Normally entering my information for a free year's subscription would not be a waste of my time... for any other magazine. GamePro just sucks.

But great find for those who are interested.

unless you want the deal to be dead.. remove the hyperlink ability. usually those free magazine services track back how the user got to them.. if it's a hyperlink they know they are getting flooded and chances of folks getting the deal decrease. so I would suggest taking it off hyper linkage and just putting it as something folks could cut and paste.

I'll agree that GamePro is one sucky magazine, but my patients might like it in the waiting room anyways.

Why does GamePro suck? Because they're actually positive about games?

No, because the reviews are brief, superficial, uninformative and graded with little happy faces.

Yea it does suck. But I tried it out for shits and giggles. Mainl for the small reviews, codes and stradegy guides since sites like to charge and all this crap just to view those little things.

LOL I thought **** was censored here.

This one makes three

I never go into Hot Deals but I visited your link and started looking around and learned of the eBay member GetAcess for ultra cheap concert tickets ($5 for a lot of concerts, for example).

Thanks!

Since everyone chiming in on their opinions of Gamepro I guess I'll do the same.

I don't bother with the reviews in GamePro because they're not that good. If I want a good review I'll go to gamerankings.com. I use Gamepro to keep me informed as to what's going on in the gaming industry...besides it's free so I can't complain about their content.

Yeah I really don't like their reviews either. They seem to be too picky with some aspects, like the sound was was bad but overlook other important things.

I also don't like the fact that they use a five star system but there are hardly any games that get it. It was always my opinion that when a five point system is used it should be more flexible.
