Phantasy Star Online for GC...

I was just wondering if anyone has this and what they think of it. Everytime people talk about the great games for GC, I never hear about PSO, but from the few people who I've heard from, they say it's the greatest game ever. What exactly is it? Looks kinda like Everquest to me from the box art and game shots.

It's a real-time online action-RPG. Whereas Everquest is more of a text-adventure, PSO plays like Diablo in 3D. The GC version sucks though, because of the minimal online support, cost ($8) a month, lack of a keyboard in the US, and the fact that so few others have the game that it's hard to find people to play with.

I have the GCN version and I am really happy with it. But soon as the Xbox version is out I sure I will switch to that just for the voice chat feature alone.

I play and really like PSO on the GC. I even bought the $100 keyboard controller. The only problem is the dupers have all but ruined the online game. At my store four employees play it offline, and we have a blast. I have heard about memory corruption issues, and while I have never experienced it, believe it's an issue from people trying to dupe. I hate dupers!!!
