Beautiful day here in the northeast today, and expected great weather through the weekend.
I'm taking the motorcycle out.
Don't worry, I'll hear it plenty from the SoCal folks later this winter when I've got 3 ft. of snow.

And bring on the 3 feet of snow. I've been waiting for a good snowfall here in Albany since I started attending school here 2 years ago. Bring it on!

Victims of Falling Water Numbered in the Hundreds of Thousands
Los Angeles - There have been hundreds of thousands of victims reported in the last twenty-four hours all related to the water that is contually falling from the sky. Emergency services have been stretched thin by enormous amounts of victims. Calls to 911 have more than tripled.
Mike Jackson of Studio City was just walking to his car to go to work when he fell victim to mother nature. " I looked up and was stuck by a drop of water right in my eye. For a moment, I was blinded by the sheer intensity of the blast. I considered driving to the hospital, but then just decided to seek sherlter in my house until the storm passed through."
In fact, staying home from work has been factor in keeping the victim count where it is instead of numbering in the millions.
There have been calls by the state capitol in Sacramento to declare a state of emergency in California and to request aid from federal government. This however was met with a swift comment from President Bush himself: "California is a state dominated by the Democratic party and as we the Republicans now have control of the country, California can fall into the ocean for all I care. I don't need your votes."
So California is left to fend for itself against a menace not seen since last year's Stormwatch 2001.
