I am looking to see who has cheapest price on-line or other wise. If this is in the wrong place mods please move to appropriate forum. I would guess this is gonna be around 50 bucks just curious if anyone has found a good deal on this. Thanks.

EB will sell it to you for $15 if you trade in GTA3. I doubt I'll ever want to replay it, but if I do I'm sure I'll be able to pick it up eventually for much less than $35.

called 2 local EBs (bay area) and they dont have any trade ins for GTA VC going on (expired?), can anyone confirm that any other EBs currently doin this?

Someone over at DVD Bargains posted the ad for Best Buy 10/29 11/1 and it has Vice City on sale for 39.99. I think I'll be picking it up from their.

Looks like Best Buy is planning on some major Vice City sales. I wonder if they will let you use the $5 off coupon since Vice City is on sale.

Terms on the Gift Card coupon don't mention Best Buy's own sale prices, just a $19.99 minimum price and no combining them with "other promotions", like probably another coupon, or you can't combine the coupon with a pricematch from another store - neither of which would apply here. And if you have some cards stockpiled, you likely have $5 or $10 already pre-paid on the card itself

"Other promotions" includes Best Buy Sales. I had some problems using a $5 coupon for Castlevania: HOD when it was on sale. I had to bitch at the associate and ask to see the manager to get the discount taken off. So it just depends on the store, and how big of a scene you're willing to create.

I don't think EB takes competitor's coupons.

I was in today, and it looks like the trade-in deal is over. If you have a coupon then the BB deal looks better anyway, but this saved me the trouble of having to sell GTA3.

My local EB isn't doing in the trade it deal anymore either. I was thinking of doing it and seeing if the inclusion of an ingame map and other upgrades helped my enjoyment of the game. Oh well, I guess I'll just rent it and put it on my x-mas wish list if like it.

They do not "give" you a Gift Card. You buy one.

Go back to the game department. The Gift Cards are in CD jewel cases. They do not have an amount on it - you decide how much it's worth, so go to the register and put $5 on one.

On the back of the Gift Card is a $5 coupon which you can use with the $5 you put on the card, making the combo worth$10.
