Bootleg? In case it's not appropriate to post this url, then do a search on ebay for La Chinoise.

Setting aside the bootleg aspect, live eBay links are always forbidden.
Its in the rules and I have cited them plenty of times here.

I've never seen this before. I know it isn't out in France, and I didn't think that it existed anywhere on DVD.
As it lists no region information, it may be worth contacting the seller to see what they say about the disc's origin.

Dazza.

Looking over his other auctions, I'm 99% sure this is a bootleg. The question is where it came from. I e-mailed the guy asking for more information although I have no intention of bidding on it.

For the record, there have actually been two official releases of this in Japan (one of them is OOP), but neither of them have English subtitles.

Wow. Look at all of those bootlegs! He has a bunch of those OOP Scarfaces (yeah right!). New titles going for 99 cents. RED FLAG

Read this:

"Text & pictures may differ slightly from what is shown above. Imported / foreign films may have differing languages and artwork on cover. " = Asian-origin Pirated Stuff.

Even if they were legit:

"we are obliged to process every order individually and therefore, cannot offer combined shipping" = Not a good way to do business = Fishy.

Please delete the e-bay link.
