Moto GP over Xbox Live rocks!
16 players and it's smooth as silk. You can't tell the difference between a 1 player, splitscreen 4 player, or a 16 player system link game.
I've played 7 or 8 races so far today and I finished in the top 5 every time. Most of the people must be new to the game or I'm just awesome. Everyone crashes on the slightest turn oblivious that there is a brake button.
You can import your own rider if you have a saved game on the hard drive. That's a good reason to buy or rent the full version to max out the stats for your racer creation.
The voice communication is the only way to fly for this game. It would be too hard to stop racing to type on a keyboard, unless you like to finish in last place.
It's my favorite XBox Live game right now. It destroys Revolt in the fun department. Kudos to Microsoft for changing the pack in game.
I also tried out Whacked! The demo is pretty good. They included single player and training levels with it. The jokes are too corny. The host looks like an old electronic Eighties game called Mr. Gameshow.
Online play for Whacked! is a little boring. You hit someone and collect stars. There is not much to it.
I do like the fact that this update gave us an XBox Live selection over the dashboard. It beats putting in the Revolt disc. Heck, that disc will probably never see the inside of my XBox again.

There is a custom soundtrack option. It listed the couple of soundtracks that I have on my Xbox, but I didn't change it. I was just playing around with the menus.

I SUCK at this game big time. Any tips Flay? Otherwise I didn't notice lag, and it seems like I could enjoy this if I just wasn't so bad at it.

Which brake? I try the regular brake but I still go flying.

The left trigger is front brake and the right trigger is rear brake. (I think.) They could be switched I haven't played this game in a while.
Also isn't one of the buttons (x I belive) both brakes at the same time?

This is a ton of fun. I thought the single player was so so when I played the OXM demo months ago, but multiplayer on Live rules -- best connection of any live game I've tested. Definitely worth picking up the full version for.
but yeah, it takes a while to get used to, but I'm crashing a lot less than I was an hour ago. I generally squeeze both triggers coming into the turn, and sometimes even several times through the turn just to keep from sliding off.
Very cool. Whacked ain't bad either -- a lot better than Fusion Frenzy at any rate. Graphics work pretty well.
