Ordered "Jimmy Eat World" at $9.49 with a 10% coupon added.
It took 10 days for them to ship. They said it "got stuck" in shipping. Whatever that b.s. means.

They then overcharged me, upping the price to $12.49.

It took an act of God to explain to them that my "order status" still had a price of $9.49 and I had proof of the original sale price as well. Still awaiting if they have taken care of this.

Not off to a good start, DDC.

Two days later, they finally fixed the overcharge.

Ordered on the 6th, shipped on the 17th. Item was in stock the whole time, by the way.

I just ordered the new Dave Matthews Band CD/DVD with the promotional code "KITS" for the 10% off. My total came to $9.69 I think. When I confirmed my order, it said that they will send me an email confirming everything. I have not recieved it and when I checked my account with them, it says that I have not ordered anything. Is this normal? I just ordered the CD/DVD this morning...about 2 hours ago. Does it take a little while to recieve the email or see it show up on my account? If for some reason they did not recieve my order, then I will order it again, I guess.

Thanks for the info.

P.S. This CD/DVD does not go on sale until July. Maybe that is the reason for delay?

I think both DDDVD and DDCD have had problems with getting the account status info online updated. I am not sure what their problem is, but lately I have had orders at both sites still say "open" weeks after I got my order delivered to me. And sometimes I don't get the automatic emails either letting me know when orders ship and such. I will forget I ordered something, and suddenly have a box arrive and I never got an email letting me know when it shipped, nor does the online account info give me any information when it shipped, since every time I check it says the order is still "open."

If all else fails you could call their customer service line at 1-800-264-5076 and see if they could give you informationt that's not being updated online.

From my exp with DDD and DDCD they take 24 hours to send a confirmation mail and another 24 hours to ship (in stock)
used kits last week worked fine billed fine
got a CD/DVD set for 9.69

Frag. I just tried it on a box set I want, and it doesn't work. I tired small case and upper case, also, in the event it was case sensitive. Do we have the right code?
