I've heard Ages is just a little more puzzle-oriented than Seasons. I have Seasons and got about halfway through it; I've been meaning to pick it up and play it again.
If it's an option, many people think you should get both eventually.

Ages was definitely harder. It seemed that you got the items much faster and easier in Seasons. Both are great games and it doesn't matter which you start first. Also, there are a couple of moves and items in Seasons (that aren't in Ages) that would have been frustrating not to have in Ages had I known of them.

I got Oracle of Seasons and its awesome!! But I also heard Ages is equally awesome. I would also say to get both, deciding on which to play first is a really tough call, look at the boxes and read the two reviews they have on pocket.ign.com (they both received the same score though ), and then see which you like.

I may be wrong, but I thought one was supposed to be played first.
But it might not matter as long as you continue either game with the password provided.
