Well, this is only designed to peak interest over there. The consumer sees the commercial and they visit the web site.
The same type of commercials were used in the States before the launch.

Kinda bizarre, but better than the PS2 Lynch ads. Also interesting, the little X at the end is different in every country. In the US, it breaks out/splits open, here it did something else, and the Australian one is different as well.
