Best Deals on PS2 Games???

Bargain masters, I seek your advice!!!

What is the best way to go about getting new PS2 games. $50 is just too insane for a game.

Thanks In Advance!!!!

One solution...
Get an Amazon Nextcard and use the gift certificates you earn to purchase your games at a discounted price.

If you have American Express Blue Card, you can get 30% of all the PS2 games in Virgin Mega Store.

You can pretty much get most of the PS2 games for $35 + Tax.

My favorite place to get them is half.com. You have to keep checking, they come and go quickly.

Tony Hawk 3 is 38$ at Target. If they are sold out of it, ask for a substitute game. You should be able to pick up any other title for the same price.

How does that work? If my local Target is sold out of THPS3, then how does that get me a different PS2 game (like GTA3, for example) for $38?

It is a not-so-well-known policy at target that when most advertised products are sold out you can either get a raincheck or a similar item for the same % off. I just bought Vampire Night w/Guncon2 for $37.88 as a sub. Try asking an employee if they are sold out of a sale item.

If you don't need the latest greatest games, costco has last year's popular titles at $26.99 and the unpopular ones at $18.99. Check your local store for titles-they all seem to have a lot of them.

Was at Circuit City the other day and they had select PS2 games for $20.00 and above. I believe I saw a few games for $15.99 (they were probably last years unpopular titles)

But most of the new titles are 49.95-49.99

The Best Buy flyer lists NCAA Football 2002 & X-Games Skateboarding for $39.99 each. While I can't vouch for X-Games Skateboarding, I love NCAA Football 2002... it's pretty much the reason I bought the PS2 in the first place. If you're into college football, you should like it, although it may be a bit too much like Madden 2002 (I'm not sure, though, since I've never played Madden 2002).

Fire bad!

There are a few of the older games heavily discounted at www.dvdheadgames.com. I've used them before and they are legit.
