I must say that I'm really impressed with this online store. I used to order DVDs from hmv.com (in Canada) and they worked pretty good, but their selection is so-so. DVDExpress used to be good, but they had financial problems a year ago or so, and several features were taken away from their webpage, so I stopped using them. Have also used CDNow and Amazon now and then. But dvdempire is the best. Great selection (have adult as well at adultdvdempire), good prices and really good customer service.
I had to ship a defective DVD to them from Europe and they shipped a new one really quick.

I really hope they will keep up the good work!
