There is an R2 version of the film, and I'm pretty sure that this disc includes "Carne". It might be deleted now, but try a search for "Seul Contre Tous" with either:

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure that this disc is French language only. If you're familiar with the film (or with French) then this shouldn't be too much of a problem. It's a nice disc (esp. as it also features "Carne"), but one that seems to be aimed at the French-speaking market.
If you're still interested, I think http://www.dvdzone2.com are still selling it (even though, as I mentioned, I have a strong feeling it's now deleted); it ships in around 5-9 days (remember & search under the original title - "Seul Contre Tous").
