Watching the DVD right now. Aside from the beautiful locale, this movie is a grating experience. It's like they got most of the actors in this just for the sake of having them in the movie more than using them. Everyone mails it in big time, the characters are flat, and the humor caters to the lowest common denominator.
P.S. I didn't recognize him at first, but the burly bell ringer was Jango Fett. That won't change my opinion, but interesting tidbit.

Just saw it again last night. Found it more entertaining a second time. A lot of nice reactive humor. I am usually not a fan of extras but the gag reel and the extended therapy scenes were very good.

I really wanted this movie to be good I really did as I love the cast but this was just downright awful.

A few chuckles doesn't merit a second viewing for me. Then again, I am not easily amused by jokes that rely on a) toilet humor, b) overweight people going naked, c)cheap site gags and especially d) obligatory use of all of the above.

^ Admittedly I have a pretty low threshold for being entertained by a movie. A movie like that with people I like and a few laughs I'll check it out again. If I run across a cheapo copy I would consider owning this movie.
So you don't think I'm a total wienerheaddouchebagbigstupiddoofus when it comes to movies, I watched Night At The Museum 2 last night and found it so incredibly boring I know I wouldn't buy that movie at any price. If at any point I receive it as a gift I will promptly exchange it.

OMG, I thought this would be decently good due to the cast -- but, wow. I rented it and had the urge to turn it off about 10 times, but couldn't just because I was hoping it would get better...but it didn't. It was a shame too since the cast is actually really funny individually.

Watched Couples Retreat the other night with the wife. I/we didn't find it near as bad as everyone makes it out to be. The cast is fun to watch and it could have definitely been funnier but for a RomCom it was decent.
The only real problems I had with it were the aforementioned Guitar Hero commercial in the middle of the film and the therapy sessions. I think those were supposed to be funny, but they were just painful to watch.
Amy Adams was adorable in that, but it simply didn't have the charm of the first film.

Sorry for the bump but this was on in the background earlier and dumb as a comment as it is, it really seems like Vince Vaughns role was written for Owen Wilson.
Also, reading some of the reviews, the negativity is hilarious- I know a lot of people that actually flat out love this movie

It has it moments and not nearly as bad as it is made out to be.
