Was anyone able to purchase a $4.99 DVD today that was on sale via bb's website but it did not appear in the BF ad? Usually when they scan the title it'll still come up with the online price but today i had them check the two i wanted and they came up as their original price.

Went to Best Buy at 3:30pm and found everything that I wanted with no troubles.

Found an interesting bargain that wasn't in the paper advertisement.

I am Legend 2-disc special edition was only $6.99. I actually found it in the $6.99 DVD's section on their web site.

Spent roughly $81 on mostly the $6.99 and 9.99 titles. Nothing fantastic, but it was some decent movies that I liked and the prices were more than affordable.

Baby Mama: 2 copies ($9.99 each)
Made of Honor ($9.99)
Cloverfield ($6.99)
3:10 to Yuma ($4.99)
Untraceable ($6.99)
Prom Night (2008): Unrated ($6.99)
Vantage Point ($6.99)
Breach ($4.99)
I am Legend 2-disc ($6.99)

I was wondering this as well. Bummer since the sale ends today

Tried to get "Teeth" and "DOA: Dead Or Alive" which were $4.99 (on the site) but both rang up full price.

Reserve them online now for in-store pick-up. You'll have 8 days to pick them up (or the order will be cancelled) and you'll in effect "lock-in" the $4.99 price.

I've done that before for some online BB sales.

The titles I couldn't get in-store for $4.99, unfortunately, do not have the option of in-store pickup.

Not possible. They disabled in-store pickup for BF.

YMMV on getting a manager to approve a "pricematch" to bb.com, though. I did it today, as I maintained that if I look up a bloody title in the store on their computer and it says "$X.XX" and "IN STOCK" then it should bloody well BE "$X.XX" not "$YY.YY"

Agreed. No in store pick up and no pricematch to any online price. Its their policy which sucks big time.
