Now my status says Robocop is On Order, after it has said On Hand for weeks!

This is pathetic...really pathetic.

I ordered mine on June 10th and it was shipped June 17. Got it the following week. I have no problem with these guys, and will have no reservations about ordering from them again.

I feel your pain. I have ordered a number of times in the past with DVDSoon and had little or no problem. Once in a while there is a problem order like the time I ordered The Outer Limits and had to wait over a month before I received it. I had pre-ordered the item and they kept changing the release date and before you know it it was in the stores and I still didn't have it. Maybe the Canadian release dates are different or their distributer screwed them up, who knows.

Why did I still order from them? Well price mainly. If they continued to mess around with orders I would have given up on them but like I said I have had generally good luck.

I think you got caught in a stocking problem. I think Robocop Box Set was in their top 15 sales.

So you may want to give it more time if your not in a rush to have the set. I mainly only purchase box sets from them anyway. They tend to be $5-10 less(sometimes more) than everyone else. If there is a less than $5 difference I think twice since they charge the credit card at time of order.

Like I've said before no e-tailer is perfect. I have also ordered from Deep Discount and have had to wait weeks for backorder items.

I'm in the same boat as you Dabaomb. I still didnt receive it in NYC. Where's the website you visted to see that useless tracking info?

Same here. I actually have the same info as you when I tracked it. Almost a month. Unbelievable. I cant believe a few posts back, a person in Connecticut said they received it in a week.

Well, my Robocop Trilogy finally shipped out from DVDSoon, over a month after I ordered it.

I hope it doesn't take another month for it to arrive in the mail. The other part of my order from them shipped a week ago, and I received it today, so hopefully a week from now I'll be holding Robocop in my hands.

I received my RoboCop Trilogy, and can finally close the book on this.

I'm still waiting on mine. It was shipped out on June 9th. The rep told me that if I don't receive it on Friday, to go onto the website and tell them to send me another one cuz that's 30 business days or 6 weeks.

Thankfully, I have such a huge backlog that things like this don't really affect me.

I ordered on 22June, it still hasnt shipped!!!!!!!!!

I still never received mine cuz it was lost in the mail. Now the reshipment is still on order. My Twelve Angry Men is also on order.

I spoke with a CSR and they said that they're havin' trouble gettin' shipments in from MGM. That said, I'll never get my movies.

After ordering this on 6/2/04, I finally received this today, 9/15/04.

It was lost in the mail and it took them over a month to get the replacements in. The only good part was that my replacement took less than a week to get to me after it was shipped.

3+ months is GREAT

Needless to say, I don't think that I'll be ordering from DVDSoon.com in the near future.

sorry to go off topic, but if I remember right the Robocop Trilogy is 23.99 at Best Buy now.

I was thinking about buying it last week at best buy,but it was 26.99,still might get it at that price though,still debating
