Universal never sent me my BTTF replacements... it's been 5 months
I originally bought the Canadian version of BTTF from Amazon.ca. I sent the discs in to the US Universal just like everyone else.
Well it's been 5 months now and still no replacement discs. I called them today and got some loser who barely spoke English. He gave me some bogus email address on a leemarketing.com domain. I have no idea what lee marketing does for Universal.
Should I try to call Universal back on Monday?
Please advise me.
Thanks.

Lee Marketing appears to be an outsorced mail operations cooperation. In other words, Universal apparently hired them to take care of the replacement discs. I don't see what would make you jump to the conclusion that it's, as you say, "bogus." It's a perfectly legitimate and common thing to do. Do you think the executives at Universal are stuffing discs into envelopes themselves? I think Ron Meyer has better things to do.
