SWAT 3! This one came out quite a while ago, but IMHO the graphics are unsurpassed when it comes to recreating real-world settings. The buildings and structures actually look like the real thing, not just caricatures. And it stomps on Quake 3 & Unreal Tournament in terms of populating these buildings with realistic furniture and small details. Add in the realistic lighting, reflections, and just general art direction, and you have some of the finest graphics ever. But you almost never hear this game mentioned. Why? How many of you guys have played it?

Haven't played Swat 3 but I would add than Deus Ex also boasts some really good, realistic graphics.

Shenmue. A fully realized world with homes, stores, bars, gambling parlors, people wandering about, working their jobs, children out playing etc...

Shenmue II looks to be even more realistic.

SWAT3 is slower and more 'realistic' than Counterstrike. I'd say the graphics are actually a lot better than CS - Much more detail. But you pay for that by needing better system specs to run it well. CS' focus is more on outdoors and unpopulated environments to facilitate speed.

Deus Ex is good too. It has less detail, but the environments are gigantic, so it's a trade off.

And Shenmue... good point. That probably is better. :)
