I just purchased this and the instructions for use were in Japanese. Does anyone know of a site that might have translated these instructions for the maraca's? Any help would be appreciated.

I have the official maracas, and my instructions are in English. You apparantly bought the Japanese version. Will those even work on a US Dreamcast?

I thought the official maracas were only in Japanese. I know these have been out for awhile so I don't know how many versions they released since then. They seem to work fine with my system. These were the ones that cost $80.

There are definitely US "official maracas".

The box is in english, the instructions are in english, and has the Sonic Team logo sticker all over it.

The Japanese Maracas are suppose to work fine on a US system. Only the official Sega light gun from Japan was locked out and that was only for House of the Dead 2. I used the Japanese light gun with Virtua Cop 2 and it worked.
