I have played both games, and while neither one is perfect, I enjoyed All-Star more. What does everyone else think?

Im going to wait and pick up high heat next week. dailyradar.com said it was a good game. Not graphics like all star but there are no graphics glitches and its the perfect baseball sim. High Heat and Quake 3 in one week :-)

Here is a thread which has been open........

I played Triple Play......much missing from this game!!! Just ordered All Star Baseball due to everything included with this game.......ignore the review by Dailyradar.com...they reviewed a copy which was not the final version!!!!! Take a look at videogamespot and ign.com....ign.com even stated last weekend they were waiting for the finalized "retail" edition before posting their review!!!

triple play is more arcade like, all star is closer to what a baseball game should be. I personally am going with all star baseball since it seems to have more strategy.
All Star Baseball is sold out everywhere, whereas there are tons of copies of Triple Play. Seems to me ASB is destroying Triple Play

I hated Triple Play. Every hit was either an out or a Home Run.

There was no strategy involved, and it took forever to play a game. Boring and unrealistic.

I have to admit...after playing my friend's Triple Play......there is too much missing for this title to be more than a rental!!! I am waiting for Best Buy to get All Star Baseball back in stock.....$50 gift card to use!!!
