I find it annoying that it is illegal. The games are completely discontinued, but the companies still hold the copyrights, thus. . .

The Washington Post had a great article on abandonware games on Friday. If you go to their website and look it up, some publishers are considering selling the rights to their unpublishable games to these sites for a song. Go here and do a search for abandonware: http://www.washingtonpost.com
