And Often times people point this reason as why they defected, but ultimitly it was the money. Sure there may have been only 1 FF game on N64, but that's not the point. FF was in development for N64, even when they knew it would be cartridge based. It wasn't until Sony chaulked up some heavy cash that Square Left. No doubt carts are less then Ideal for FMV, but that would not be reason enough to leave Nintendo outright with a prodct that had been in development for such a long time. |
