Ok, just to get started, a few quick questions for everyone:

1. Why did you get yours?

2. What games do you have?

3. Favorite game?

4. Would you dump yours for a GBA?

my answers:

1. The graphics were considerably better than GBC, awesome fighting games, metal slug and sonic, etc.

2. SNK vs Capcom: Match of the Millenium, Metal Slug: 1st Mission, SNK vs Capcom: Card Fighters Clash (SNK version)

3. A tie between -- SNK vs Capcom: MOTM and SNK vs Capcom: CFC

4. I'm thinking about it. Maybe. It depends if there are any good fighting games available. Also, the NGPC joystick is really nice. I hate the standard nintendo d-pad. Those things kill my thumbs. The NGPC one on the other hand is pretty comfortable, and very easy to pull off moves with.

ok. What are your thoughts on this funky system?

Okay I'll add my 2 cents, since I haven't had mine that long.

1. A co-worker had one and I was amazed at the screen clarity, and graphics. Bought mine off of eBay with 2 games.

2. Metal Slug 1st Mission, Turf Masters Golf, Pac-Man, and Baseball Stars.

3. Right now would be Turf Masters.

4. I plan on getting a GBA anyway, but don't think I will dump the NGPC to do it.

I dumped mine for more then I paid, but I would like one again because I am reaquiring the old systems. I liked the pad excpet that it mad enoise when you used it, and that was a little annoying.

ok. What are your thoughts on this funky system?

1. Loved the design and always love to support the underdog (3DO, Saturn, CD-i)

2. Biomotor Unitron, Card Fighter's Clash, Diver Alert, Metal Slug 1st mission, Baseball Stars, Bust a Move, Fatal Fury, King of Fighters R2, Neo Cherry Masters, Neo Dragons Wild, Neo Geo Cup 98 Plus, Neo Mystery Bonus, Neo Turf Masters, Pac-man, Puzzle Link, Samurai Showdown 2, Shanghai Pocket, Sonic Pocket Adventure

3. Card Figher's Clash- I was addicted to this game and still play it to get the last couple of cards I'm missing.

4. No, but I will buy a GBA as well.

Best joystick ever for a handheld. Fighting games on the Neo Geo Pocket were amazing and many times more fun than on the Playstation. Also, I had the smaller Japanese version which was much more comfortable. Why they made the US version bigger I will never understand.

1. I bought mine cause I was starting a new job at a radio station working the graveyard shift and I wanted to have something to do. I had been kicking around the idea of getting one since I was impressed with the graphics and thought the games were very cool.

2. I have MOTM, King of Fighters R2, Metal Slug, Samuri Showdown, and Pac Man.

3. MOTM hands down.

4. No way, I love the games, I don't think you will ever find adaptations of these games on GBA. Besides I love the little system even though I havent played it in forever.

Why is it that the great systems with great games never seem to get any real support from the public, it has to be Nintendo or Sony it seems to me. Do people care about the quality of games anymore?
