I don't know where he got it but a friend of mine has this game and it rules. For those whom have not seen it, its alot like Diablo only better. Does anyone know where I could get ahold of this game

one of my buddys has a burn. and by god. its a shame it will not see translation. the game is a lot like diablo, it rules. its a RPG that rocks all hell. and is true to the title. has a lot of the series. the CGI's are really nice.

It is being translated and is due out very soon. Express lists it as coming out on 03/21/2001. If you're a fan of the diablo style then it sounds like a good buy.

this game rocks. and the difficulty on it is perfect. you must use all your skills and as much as your mind as you can in this game to stay alive.

yeah, there's this little start up company called Conspiracy Games who picked up the rights to this title and to Bang-aio, a shooter for the DC made by Treasure. Crave is publishing them, and they both should be out very soon.

Express does indeed list a Record of Lodoss War game coming out soon. They also list the Import version titled Advent of Cardice that has a different cover and the description is a bit different.

Is the one coming out here the same?

I have been wanting to get this game from Japan since I heard about it a little while ago, but haven't wanted to pay the expense that it was going for. If the same game, translated, is coming out here soon. I am very very happy.

My friends is translated to english. I understand every word of it. I love how you get to strengthen your equipment and how many different weapons are in the game. My friend is very close to beating it and said he would let me borrow it afterward.

No, the fastest pcs aren't even close to powerful enough to start emulating DC games at a playable level. You probably already know this but I'd be surprised if you can't get your hands on a working 2nd hand DC for ~$50 considering it's selling new for $100. Might be worth it for this game.
