I'm shopping for a good sport games for my PS2 I already have SSX and wondering which two of these games in your opinon is the best.I was going to added NHL '01 but I heard that the computer AI is pretty weak.

If you're a big football fan then go with Madden, if not then I would wait for Triple Play Baseball:D

I would definitely suggest getting Madden instead of Fifa. Unless you simply like the sport of Soccer a LOT more then Football, Madden is by far the better game. There is a lot more to Madden to give it long term playability and with Fifa there are far to many backward bicycle kicks into the corner of the net for a goal. (Like 5 in one game).

I've heard mixed stuff about Fifa. Madden on the other hand kicks butt....

NHL 01 AI isn't weak. Trust me. I play it every day and it is the only hockey game that gives me any kind of challenge.

I'd go with NHL, then Madden, then FIFA. I have em all and thats how I play em :D

BTW stay away from Faceoff, that has weak AI.

Hands down, Madden! This is the best football game of all time.
