I’m currently trying to 100% Pragmata and continually checking in on Tomodachi Life. I’m not sure what my next adventure will be, but I do have the new Yoshi game preordered.

I’m extremely excited about Forza Horizon 6 but might wait for the PS5 edition. Lego Batman, Mixtape, and the new 007 have my eye as well.

Just finished Spider-Man 2. I need to play Spider-Man: Miles Morales but I did every activity n SM2 so I need a break from web swinging. Now I gotta finish Resident Evil: Requiem and get to the rest of my backlog.

Now that I’ve finished Pragmata and the post-game stuff, I guess I have to decide what’s next!

My backlog is large enough that I have choices, but I’m thinking about either Mega Man 9 (which I bought on the Wii but dropped very quickly) or the new Hyrule Warriors game.

I haven’t convinced my wife to play Marvel Cosmic Invasion with me yet, but I’m working on it!

And I just finished! Prior to this, I think I hadn’t touched it since January or something like that. I wonder if there were some QoL updates between then and now for the campaign because I was having such a tough time solo’ing it before but basically just steamrolled through the 7 remaining missions. I will never touch the endgame and have already uninstalled it. :p

I was enjoying Tiny Bookshop a ton for the first 6-7 hours but the last 5 hours or so I've played have been a lot of grinding going to certain areas over and over again hoping to have everything fall right for a mission you need to complete to continue the story. Way overstaying its welcome for me so I'm going to move on from it. I also have not really been enjoying my last 5 or so hours of Hades II feels like no progress is being made and the loops are getting pretty boring so I decided to put that on hold for the time being and I started up Dragon Quest VII: Reimagined and am about 10 hours in and loving it so far. A nice change of pace from the DQ 1-3 remakes I had just played through.

Finally was excited to play any GTA game, so this was my first. I know this game changed the landscape in Video Games, but fuck I quit after trying to play it all day. Fucking combat and driving sucks. No checkpoints, having to redo cause of some different bullshit everytime I adjusted. I'll try Vice City one day, hopefully plays better.

First time playing an Oddworld game. Started out ok but quickly got frustrating with its controls and difficulty. Couldn't wait to end. Completed it today, didn't bother rescuing everyone. That's how bad I wanted to be done.

Just finally beat Split Fiction after all these months.

That last area was kind of mind blowing from a "this had to be a pain in the ass to program" perspective

I’m pretty early — a few creatures into chapter 2 — but having a blast so far. It’s a nice change of pace to play a game that’s so oriented around experimentation and discovery.
