If the PS5 was black like an unofficial mockup, I'd easily choose it. As they both currently are, I'm having a hard time deciding which I prefer. The PS5 at least looks interesting and different, while I could maybe cosplay the Xbox as a water cooler if I put a small jug on top.

The white and overall design remind me of Eve from Wall-E. I think the two tone look is gonna open up some cool possibilities assuming Sony takes advantage. They've done better as of late but they still lag behind MS in terms of options and cool designs.

I don't like the actual PS5 design at all, and I only moderately like the Xbox Series X design. I prefer consoles to look fairly 'boring' though.

Series X - easily. It amazes me how PlayStation is still the console that gets the early release content first and is even being put in front already when the new consoles haven't even been released yet. From the rumors going around, their new console is enormous but we'll see.
This is not bashing either - I have just never understood why this console is always put on a pedestal - I have never had the urge to buy one and their exclusive titles never spark my interest at all. I mention this not to be negative but because I know there are a billion others out there like me and who question what goes on behind the scenes.
