This Tuesday, we're bringing you a special episode of State of Play running for more than 40 minutes, focusing on games created in Japan and across Asia, alongside a few other exciting updates. PS5 Black Friday deals announced. As in previous years, discounts for those who do not have PS Plus and those who upgrade, not for those who want to extend their subscription. :(

About the only way to get a discount on PS Plus now is to buy a discounted gift card and add it to your wallet. I hope they have some buy a $100 gift card for $80 or $90 this holiday season.

I’m clearly not very observant, so it took me longer than it should’ve to realize that was the same scene in all four pictures. :lol: I was trying to connect a game to each season. “That one’s Horizon, that one’s God of War, that one’s Ghost of Yotei…”

I don't know if I was able to take advantage of a glitch again, but I was able to get a year of PS+ Essential for 20% ($63.99). I logged into the PlayStation Store via Chrome on my Android phone and bought it. I was able to do the same thing last year. My current subscription didn't end until January 2026. I'm good until January 2027 now.

Skate Story is a Day One game on PS Plus Extra and Premium Tiers. Comes out 12/8. Could be cool.

Once again I passed on the discounted PS plus subscription. I just don’t play often enough to make it worth the price. I basically play maybe 2 hours a week if I’m lucky and that’s definitely not worth it if you’re going to pay for the subscription.

can anyone post any good Amazon deals on PS5? i am mostly likely to get the digital version ? does the digital version have enough room for aleast 2 or 3 games ? thanks

You can stream 'em (and Ascension) via PS+ Premium, but you can't buy them separately. The remaster of 3, the 2018 game, and Ragnarok are the only ones you can straight-up buy and play on the PS5.
