Can you update the firmware on your sound bar? If you hook your PS5 up to your TV and use your TV speakers does it sound right? If does , it's definitely your sound bar. if it's not, a setting is wrong.

No on the firmware. It’s an older sound bar. Not hooked up and can’t be.

Your settings on the PS5 show the AV settings for 5.1... Do you have a 5.1 setup? If not, set it to 2 channel

What is av amplifier? The channel numbers are greyed out if not set to av amplifier which I don’t have. I set it to tv and sound bar and there was no difference. Still had the faint narrator and out of focus characters audio.

Did you just hook your PS5 up to your TV and listen to it that way? If it sounds the same via your TV speakers, then something is set wrong on your PS5. I'm out of town or I'd screenshot the sound settings on my PS5

Looking forward to Hades 2. I bought Hades a couple of months ago when it was on sale and I finally been playing it. I’m enjoying it although I’m getting my butt kicked.

It is especially for the lower tiers. Now I'm wondering how many years you can stack (not that I can take advantage). If you're new to the system (ie: you signed up for a one month trial, have no ps plus games, etc.) it might be worth it to just create a new account and sub long term (if you like the service)

On SDs I see people having success stacking multiple years, but I think it's using a loophole (basically not exiting out of the offer screen and buying it at a discount in another window or something).

I'm kind of afraid to look at my year in review. Because of my kids loving them my top games are probably Stick Fight and Boomerang Fu.
