That's cool. I've long preferred Xbox but always end up on the Playstation due to exclusives. I used to like the Xbox exclusives but they sort of wore out on the 360.

Alright, question for the Game Pass fans. I have a trial that's ending soon but haven't gotten around to Tell Me Why yet. So I decided to check the cost to see if there was a GP discount. Lo and behold, there was a Buy it Now button like every game, except instead of showing a discounted price to purchase it simply said "Free." I looked at a few other games and they all simply showed discounts to own. So does this mean Tell Me Why is indeed free and clear from a Game Pass subscription?

Chapter 1 of Tell Me Why is entirely free, GP or not.
You can buy a pack containing 1-3 for 9.99 currently on sale. Looks like the regular spring sale price might override the GP discount.
If it weren't in the spring sale, I would expect a few bucks off for being GP.

Tell Me Why has a free trial/hub and is a "pay per chapter" type game like the Telltale games and Live is Strange.
You can buy Chapters 1-3 for $9.99 on sale now.

why does games leaves ea access? i understand why they leave GP, but mostly ea access is old games and people wouldn't buy them

i am in gamepass right now and in their Leaving Soon they have listed Madden 15,Madden 16,Madden 17,Madden 18,Madden 25,NHL 18, & NHL 19 , don't if that is a EA thing or Xbox thing

So I've been playing Octopath (quite good so far, and I love the generous save points). About 12 hours in.
I've done 6 of the 8 Chapter 1s.

Any high level, non spoiler tips? I've only had one game over, though I've had some tough battles.

I have a set of characters that I prefer, but my party is currently Main character, Character whose chapter I'm doing, and 2 Lowest level characters, to help level them up.

Should I try to keep the characters balanced level-wise, or just play with who I like?
Once I get them all, should I follow one char's whole storyline, or do all Ch 1, then all Ch 2, etc, and keep changing my party?

You all need to give Rain on your Parade a shot. Delightful and silly game. Seems a little one-note at first, but there's some really cute scenarios that'll look familiar to basically anyone in this subforum. Just play it.

Played through Rain on Your Parade last night and it’s an amusing enough hour or two for ‘free’, but I’d wager most people who drop $15 on it will be pretty disappointed by the length and simplicity. Just a warning for any non-Game Pass players who see it mentioned and think they might want to pay for it.

I'll reiterate that the game has some nice surprises along the way, including a level that ends up being way longer than the others, but fantastic. If you give up after 5 min, you're doing it wrong. ;)

I played through all of it over the last couple days and I was pretty unimpressed. Poor impersonation of better games Katamari Damacy & Donut County.
