The only things I have preordered are Borderlands 3 and Death Stranding. I'll play Outer Worlds and Gears 5 on Gamepass and rent Control, Modern Warfare, and Jedi Fallen Order. I'll also pick up Doom and Ghost Recon once they hit good sales.

In the DLC Coming Department...Warframe with some very important and huge expansions coming between now and December

Just Borderlands 3.

Possibly the Star Wars game and maybe Death Stranding. The Best Buy $10 credit and GCU might push me into both. (use the $10 from Borderlands on Star Wars and roll the SW $10 into DS)

With Doom getting pushed back Jedi Fallen Order is the only big release left that I'm excited for. Then I'll get some time to catch up on smaller stuff.
