I picked this up from the library over the weekend and played a couple hours of the campaign. I like the feel of these games on the harder difficulty, it really makes you change how you play since you can only take a few hits before going down.

And done. I still really enjoy these campaigns and really missed last year's. I'm glad they brought it back. Time to play a few rounds of multiplayer and then back to the library!

Surprised that no one has weighed in yet about the release of the Battle Royal update this week. I have to admit I am LOVING the survival and especially Plunder in Warzone. The map is huge and really well designed and it's so much crazy fun to play. Utterly fantastic. This is gonna keep me occupied for a long time.

Plunder was pretty cool but I'm just not for this type of play style - it's boring.

It's definitely better than Blackout, but I still prefer PUBG since I can play solos and have a more realistic feel. Yes, I know I can play solo squads (choosing not to fill my team), but with the sounds problems, hit detection, etc., I'd rather deal with my game crashing.

I am looking for other players to team up for plunder and other games within Warzone and Multiplayer. People who have headsets and can communicate would be great. Gets a little frustrating at times playing with people who cant communicate. Usually ends up a mess.
So anyone want to team up.....?

Played the hell put of COD MW and Warzone in 2020. Played it for the first time in about a month today and i see that unless you have bought Cold War and use the weapons from that, Warzone is a waste of time. The game flow and weapons have changed and it feels like a different experience. The one sidedness towards Cold War weapons is shocking, but not surprising. Not sure what i woll do going forward, as i am not sure i want to pump time into leveling up new weapons. Hell i havnt even bought Cold War, and still not sure about it.

It's a shame they have all but abandoned Modern Warfare multi-player. I bought the Season One Battlepass after seeing the you could still unlock by playing Multi-player, but didn't realize that there was nothing I could use (in MW Multi-player) other than emblems/banners/sticker type stuff. The rest is Cold War/Warzone only. While I have never been a big fan of last man standing type games, I did enjoy the Resurgence style game type they introduced, but it's already off the playlist. So I guess I'll keep working on getting Obsidian camo for a few of my weapons before looking for something else.

I decided to pick up Cold War. Off the bat it felt very different to MW Multiplayer. Significantly faster movement, the bullet hits feel different and seeing floating enemy energy bars is taking a little getting used to. So far its been a mixed bag. Not sure i like the way they have set the game up, and the changes from MW are lacking somewhat. Having to level up weapons again is also a pain in the ass. Nothing worse than going into a game with level 1 weapons against teams that have maxed put weapons. I enjoyed collecting all camos in MW, but i doubt i will do that here. Get all attachments and then leave it at that. I am curious to see how max level CW guns do in Warzone.
