And count me in to preferring JC2 where you destroyed bases and they stayed destroyed. In fact the bases in this game. Aren't even really highlighted on the map. More emphasis is put on the shitty stunts which feel like a chore. The game still needs a lot of work in these areas. Whereas in JC2 I wanted to complete everything, here I don't feel that way.

Oh, and I noticed that using the wings with the jet booster you can fire rockets. That's kind of cool.

I can’t imagine how bad it must’ve originally looked. Picked this up with a christmas giftcard today and downloaded the patch. It’s easily the worst looking game I recall from the current gen. Hell, I feel like most of the 360 games I played looked better. I’m playing with a projector on a 10’ screen and it feels like as big of a step back as watching a dvd on that setup. I’ll put a couple hours in to see if it’s fun enough to tune out the graphics, but it’s crazy to me just how bad such a major title looks.

Hey, read the rest of my posts in that thread! It tells a story in regards to my experience with the game, from that initial one, to coming around soon after - actually, after I figured out that parachute bit (I was over-complicating it), I was even more frustrated by the lack of ammo - which I got over as soon as I leveled up and figured out to use the mounted guns.

Not sure if this was addressed, but can you have more than 1 game for the same username? I bought the deluxe version for myself but I let my son play it first and he installed the bonus codes under his name. I want to play from the beginning but I want to use the bonus things. So can I log in with his username and start a new game and his current game will be saved too?

I do have to say that, for JC3, it was worth it alone for David Tennant's increasingly unhinged performance as the propaganda announcer.

Anyone have any thoughts on play with this? I’m liking 2, but seems like I’m playing outdated material and wonder if a more refined experience lies in the latest? What are major gripes?

Only 0.10% of Just Cause 4 players on the XB1 have gotten all the achievements. That has to be the rarest cheevo I've ever gotten. I've never been prouder. Or more embarrassed. Something like that.
