Odd. You'd figure that would be ironed out on a console.

I did factory reset again. Thank goodness all settings saved in cloud, so everything exactly the same. Home games, pins, etc. Just wonder how long this lasts. A month and 10 days not looking so bad with those amazing load times for Control. Would cut so much frustration in waiting. I could play Crysis: Remastered, but Control is controlling me...

Yeah I remember the load times from Bloodborne and how frustrating that was. If Control next gen loads as fast as it does on PC, you'll be happy with it on the Series X.

They compared it was like 1:45 or something to :38 seconds. That alone makes me want to wait...

Watched a Gamespot video with comparisons. 58 seconds on Xbox One X vs 10 seconds on Xbox Series X. I didnt realize the loads were THAT bad, that's craziness.

better to do Expeditions after main? Too tough without everything, right? No need for me to worry bout them now? Thx again.

I skipped all the side stuff, including expeditions and the jukebox, until after I beat the game. It's all more fun when souped up.

Ah. Ok. This is only one, I’ll hold off on. Others done or will do. This, I’ll wait. Langston Runaways were a treat. Thx.

Re: Control (Remedy) - PC/PS4/XB1 - 8/27/2019

eeseJ wasn’t too bad. But I swear with all the source I’ve lost I could upgrade and purchase the last gun, Charge. Though I have everything for Charge, I can’t get because I haven’t come across only what I can assume comes later are a certain 2 elements that in 6 missions and sides, I have to come across which seems odd...

Re: Control (Remedy) - PC/PS4/XB1 - 8/27/2019

had my first Alan Wake encounter. well, not so much encounter as read a document with his name saying he told stories that came to truth or something and The Bureau wanted to talk to his agent about writing stuff on The Bureau or something. only 3 main missions left. little sad. hope the DLC bring it back and i can continue a little longer.

they really should think about sequel or something. this is a fun game, that could be improved upon in many ways while remaining to the core of the game play and mods and powers and stuff that make it so much fun. Jesse Fayden, would love if she is main hero again. why not give another female a VG franchise other than Tomb Raider, to lesser degree Metroid?. that would be so cool.

also, had another crash in game today. seems like once a day. i did another factory reset yesterday. is it the game itself? would it do anything if i delete game completely (not save data) and re-download?

this is getting annoying, a game break almost every time i play. luckily i've finished something important right before and i go back to pretty much that last Control Point without losing vital stuff prior to break (it's like it knows and watching me. The Hiss knows..., but what if it happens with last boss or something? that would suck.

should i delete and re-down?

Re: Control (Remedy) - PC/PS4/XB1 - 8/27/2019

I think I’ve decided to wait on finishing Control. The load times are just ridiculous. 1 minute vs. 10 seconds!! It’s one month. As much as I’m loving and addicted, I die a lot on boss fights. Maybe 50+ times on one boss or the other. That’s 50 minutes of waiting! And I only play a few hours per week!! Now, 5 minutes!! Just think how much more playing time I would have. I got to, I just got to. It doesn’t make sense not to.

I’ll just play Crysis: Remastered. That’s not optimized, I don’t think, so I’ll wait. I just hope I still remember all my powers and how mods work.

Re: Control (Remedy) - PC/PS4/XB1 - 8/27/2019

Yeah, I think so. I do have 4 main, maybe 3 now, I think, then both DLCs. I wouldn’t have even finished by 11/10 or whatever. I’ll just have to do away with the itch and getting another one for Crysis. Which is very possible. I just hope I can carry save to optimized version on Series X and not have to start over.
