Steam problem?
 

I can't locate settings on the main page and can't access my games.

Is settings hid somewhere or is it easily accessable?

This is the first time I have been on Steam in a few years and seem lost. There website before was lacking and doesn't look like it changed.

Is it possible my computer screen is too large and thus I can't see settings at the top of the page?

Do you have the banner at the top with Shop, Library...etc? Is the app up to date? They push updates pretty regularly.

I'm on the Steam main page and they are just like Amazon in which all they seem too be interested in is selling me something.

The top of the page reads: Steam store community my user name about support

How do you update the app?

Oh, you're on their web page? You'll want to install the app (if you don't already have it). Top-right of the web page should have a green button that says Install Steam.

I thought I already installed it but I guess not. This will make the third attempt. Thanks for the info.

I just re-installed and now it's updating.
