Turns out you can quit the mission. I did that and will just do some stuff around town to get skill points and get that web zip. That’s the ticket.

^ don’t know if sarcasm, but it is good when you’re in a jam. I still have the mission in my docket, but now I can take my time and gain some much needed experience. I already did a few side missions. Basically, taking out dudes doing bad things.

What are crime tokens for? I guess only xp and next level gives you the token to upgrade web and gadgets and stuff, huh?

You can also lower the difficulty to Friendly if you haven't already. Difficulty has no effect on trophies or anything in this game.

I actually did drop it for the chase only, I was a little better, but still couldn’t do it and was getting frustrated. If it wasn’t for the quitting mission, I might have given up on a great game. I just don’t like those timed chase sequences or races in some games. I quit RAGE 1 bc I got stuck on a racing mission. They just don’t do it for me and I suck at them.

It’s so hard to get xp. I tried to do a side mission and a pigeon stole a hard drive and I guess I had to retrieve it. What do you do to get a pigeon?

edit…another chase part. Ugh!

There are over a dozen of those dang pigeon missions… and if you the hate “chases,” just wait until the Heist DLC with Black Cat and the subway tunnel pursuit. That made me throw in the towel years ago.

Ugh. And it’s like 1,500 xp. That would give me enough skill points for next level. Fuck the pigeons, fuck all the pigeons!

Fucking sucks too because so much XP. Crimes like burglary or drug deals give me nothing and I need like 1500 or so for next skill point. And, I did get the With Great Power trophy.

I finally completed a pigeon mission!! Man, was that tough, chasing 4 pigeons. But, I got them and got them good. Leveled up, got my skill point and acquired web zip, loving it. Getting the ease of it as I’m heading back to take on Shocker. I think I can, I think I can…

well, thankfully i got the pigeon and also defeated Shocker! that was one hell of a chase. he keeps zig zagging and shooting those shock balls. but, i finally got that last triangle and that was it. my heart was really beating though and i think that web zip really helped!
