I was able to get in and finish the story missions in time. There is still another session later today and two more tomorrow. So I'll at least log on and see if my progress carries forward. Without saying anything about the game, I'll just say that I'm keeping my preorder

That's not good enough Matty….we need all the details. Glad you got in and looking forward to your DVD Talk Report. This and The Division 2 are on My Must Have List. I really feel there's more to the game than jus flying around, drop down, wipe out enemies and fly off to somewhere else.

Not sure just how much they're letting you toy with but I'd like to hear more on...

I found the skill trees to be very generic and completely dumbed down. Now maybe when you get other javelins, they won't be, but it was disappointing to see how basic the skills were.

Hmmm I have it preordered from Target but haven't gotten anything yet. Thankfully it's still a ways off.

Is there anything out there that this can be compared to? I'm not expecting something like Borderlands Skill Trees but I heard you can fine tune your character in areas like stamina, health, armor, agility, etc...what about the areas of powers though?

This is 15 minutes of actual gameplay with the first mission...Alpha Build...with Storm, Interceptor and Colossus. By far this is the best one I've seen using their abilities and the importance of teamwork which you'll see in the second half of the video. Looks darn good....

Looks like a slightly less chaotic Warframe.

What's everyone getting this on (ps4/xbox/pc)? I'm leaning PC, but may end up on PS4. I'll wait until I see more about performance between pc and console versions before I settle on something.

One area I was curious about was "Free Roam"...how much freedom to do stuff outside missions....apparently you can do a lot and also run into a lot...

Trying to get the Anthem demo with the code in the EA site is impossiblie. What a cluster fuck. Logged in, have code, enter it, nothing happens.

I also got an email about inviting friends. Got to their link and it's basically a blank page.

If anyone happens to have a code for a friend they don't need, and wouldn't mind giving it up, PM me. I have a friend who wants to check it out. Thanks.

After seeing and reading some take on the demo by some with early access (like playing the last two nights), I ended up doing the pre-order this morning. Not certain on this codes for three friends...I was just happy the moment I did the pre-order (PS Store) I was able to start DL the Demo. I'll see what's up when I get home...really looking forward to this and do know "This Is Not Representation Of The Final Game"....FWIW, one site I went to overall praised it up and down but nicked-picked the weapons and right away...."Leveling up will take awhile"...well duh, is this some serious problem and will hurt some feelings out there....good grief people...I do not understand these who go in and try to finish and level up in a span of a few days and then complain....

Update...saw a PS4 UK site that said the Servers for the Anthem Demo had already crashed this morning and those who went to the site were greeted with the message..."We're sorry, but the EA servers reached max capacity. Please try again later."...not good and not unexpected...

i think i'm dl'ing the demo now. i preordered so maybe that is why easy, but seems fine to me. but 28 Gb for a demo, really? that's a lot, no? will try and sample tomorrow. but got to play RE2...

Cannot get the link/codes for three friends.....I go thru the web in the PS4, sign in, get the VIP Friend Pass and then get this message...'Sorry but you do not have access to the VIP Demo'...and it's running in the background. I saw two others online playing and they said the same thing, got the same message and unable to get anything for friends.....so far I've had to quit out of the game three times at the loading screen (for Expedition Mission) after it hung at around the 95% mark. I just had to a hard reboot of my PS4.....barely got any real playing time in after two hours....

after downloading, mine keeps saying connection problems, check my settings. my connections are fine and strong. guess can't play offline huh?
