I love the PS4 controller, but hated the PS3 controller. I loved the 360 controller, but just like the XB1 controller. So I guess it would depend on which gen.

PS4 controller and by a wide margin. I have never really liked how Xbox controllers feel in my hands.

I had and still play the 360 and have a PS4. it took a bit to get use to the PS4 off the bat after years of the 360. At first it felt smaller but it now feels more natural with the grips than the wider "360". I also like the button layout better as it's more uniform on both left and right. I actually like the R2 and L2 triggers on the 360 better as they are longer and seem more responsive. Same with the Thumbsticks on the 360 as they slightly curved in with a better feel with your thumbs than the PS4. but I like the location of the thumbsticks on the PS4 with both opposite sides instead of the offset on the 360.

I never jumped into XBox mostly bescuse of the controller. That changed with the XB1S. But I got that mostly because of the UHD playback. Which is funny because I jumped into the PlayStation because it supported blu-ray playback. Overall I do prefer the feel and handle of the PS3/4 over XBox.

I use my PS4 controller, my XB1 controller, and my Switch pro controller regularly and I don't even register a difference when I'm playing. They're all good.

I can go either way on XB1/360 or PS4, but I wasn't a fan of the PS3.

I like the dual shock 4 the best, but overall I would give it to Xbox because the Xbox one elite controller is fantastic and the 360 one was better than dual shock 3. Regular Xbox one controller is trash though.

Xbox 360 > PS4 > Xbox One > PS3 in terms of default controllers, I haven't used the super expensive Xbox One pad though.

I haven't touched a PS4 controller, but my preference is the x1 controller, then 360, and the Dualshock 1-3 last.

For a long time, the Dualshock was #1 for me because of how massive and ridiculous controllers were at the time (N64, OG Xbox).

Xbox easily. I still think the 360 is my favorite controller, and while I didn't like the Xbox One controller as much initially I still think its great. Dualshock 4 is really good and comfy, but the Xbox ergonomics are better in my hands.

The PS4 controller feels cheap. And the button placement is stupid. The speaker is unnecessary and the track pad gimmicky.

and is weirdly still more comfortable to use than the Xbox One pad. Which is strange, since the changes are pretty subtle between the 360 and One but man does it show.

Anyway, during the PS2/Xbox era, Playstation for sure...but for 360/PS3 and X1/PS4, Xbox all the way. I absolutely love my Forza controller for X1 and starting to get into my Elite Controller too (still getting used to it though and the heft gets to me sometimes). Playstation controller hasn't really changed much.

I love the speaker on the DS4. I like it far more than some goofy rumble.
