They need to add a temporary ban for people who quit early in crucible. Had two matches where someone bailed. One match we would have won if the game didn't leave us playing 3 vs 4 for the entire match. Also would be great not to get grouped up with teams that have 3+ clanmates when you solo queue. 3 out of my 5 matches involved teams with 3 clanmates.

How do you know if was not Bungie that dropped them or some other ISP issue? With all their constant server issues this is a non starter.

In addition 4v4 shows this far worse than 6v6. But since they want to be an eSport this is the sad sorry state of PvP.

I went to the official Bungie > Destiny 2 Forum and there's a lot of the Destiny Followers/Supporters who have become dissatisfied, bored and losing interest.

Last night my friend I play with a lot was going to Raid but they couldn't even get enough of their group together. I looked on my Friends list and there were 34 online. Three or four weeks ago I was a given that half would be playing Destiny 2.Last night it was 6-7 and everyone else was pretty much all over the place. I've been reading and seeing what a lot are saying. For every positive comment, it seems like there are 3-5 negatives. And the story about the retail sales being down 50% for the first full month of D2 compared to the first full month of D1 is no joke and laughing matter. Those are serious numbers. It will be interesting to see what numbers pop up at the end of this month.

I got on last night to knock out a couple milestones for the week and complete another step for the mida multi tool quest. Moved up from 289 to 291 and ended up getting the Hard Light auto rifle exotic. I guess I'm done until the next reset now.

Agreed the weekly Flashpoint reset is about the only thing worth doing as you can get your clan XP and do the planetary challenge for each character in about 3 hours.

I still play through the crucible milestone for gear. The timer killed nightfalls for me though. I did one nightfall and never went back.

Tried them and not doing them again. Games are supposed to be fun

I should be able to finish next week. I'm on the final part, jumping and shooting to kill 50 enemies with an SMG.

I'm also going to have to log on to grab Sweet Business from Xur. That gun looks like it could be fun.

you don't have to actually jump
you can just stand on something (box, ledge, environment, etc) that is elevated off the ground and kill enemies that way and it will count

Member when you'd run strikes for hours trying to get a perfectly rolled hopscotch pilgrim (or in my case any hopscotch pilgrim).....oh, I member!

I haven't run a strike outside of any that were required to unlock the NF or complete exotic quests...that's pretty telling of the sad state of the game currently.

Like Ice said, you can stand on anything for it to count.

When you load into the EDZ by the Church, head to the building on the left of the church. There is a room with a desk that you can stand on. To the right of the desk is a doorway that has infinite shanks spawn that will enter the room you are in. Should take no more than a few minutes.

I'm going to be out of town this weekend, but hopefully next weekend everyone would be up for running the raid at least once? I still want to try it out before people move on until the next expansion.

Hopefully Bungie is paying attention to these (valid) complaints, and with players dropping out at such an alarming rate, they have to be paying attention. Which means they're working on addressing them at least with the next DLC, one would hope.

at the risk of repeating myself, I think they get the message loud and clear
I, understandably, don't think they can make any changes until after the PC release

but after that release next week, I hope changes come sooner than later

just as a reminder, Bungie will be giving details about "seasons" (not seasonings - salt) at 4:30 pm PT today .... expect to be underwhelmed

They've listened to and addressed concerns in the past, so I hope that won't change.

I'm beginning to think they should have taken the Warcraft approach and just released D2 as a large expansion. Going from the end of D1 with all of the available content and QOL improvements to D2 has been a letdown for me. It was fun for the first month, but now I feel like I have nothing to do that's worthwhile.
